Das niedrige, langgestreckte Geb\u00e4ude ordnet sich dem bestehenden Schulhaus unter und f\u00fcgt sich so gut ins Wohnquartier ein. Durch die gedrungene Form wird der Respekt gegen\u00fcber der Friedhofanlage bewahrt. Der Neubau schwebt leicht \u00fcber dem Terrain und ist als feingliedriger Holzbau mit einem sch\u00fctzenden, auskragenden Walmdach geplant.<\/p><p>Die Gesamtstabilit\u00e4t des Holzbaus wird durch den Betonkern zentriert an der Nordfassade sichergestellt. Die Tragkonstruktion des Daches sowie des Obergeschosses inkl. W\u00e4nde bestehen aus vorgefertigten Holzplattenelementen zusammengesetzt aus Balkenholz und Dreischichtplatten. Die Decke \u00fcber dem Erdgeschoss wird aufgrund der Belastung, Akustik und Spannweite als Holzbetonverbunddecke ausgebildet. Das gesamte, meist im Erdreich eingebundene Untergeschoss besteht aus Stahlbeton.<\/p><p>Damit die R\u00e4ume des Untergeschosses Tageslicht erhalten, wird auf der S\u00fcdseite eine entsprechende Gel\u00e4ndeanpassung angestrebt, welche permanente Baugrubensicherungen gegen den Friedhof sowie bei einer privaten Liegenschaft bedingen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-59402df\" data-id=\"59402df\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
